Invention disclosure form can be downloaded below. The completed form needs to be signed and forwarded to Technology Transfer Office. You are welcome to scan the signed form and forward it electronically to us. The disclosing form must be used by employees of Aarhus University, Aarhus University Hospital or Central Denmark Region. Downloads below are available in both Danish and English.
